On Governor of the Homeless by G. Arthur Brown

I use this book as a scrying device to inspect Brown’s skeletal history and see that he too was born of ancient, winged serpent forms and, given the state of his bone memory, has set wings inside of his mind, the same wings that once graced his shoulder meat. I believe this book was penned with a feather plucked from the morphogenic past and not even Brown himself will convince me otherwise.

Careful now. If your skull hasn’t any room for lizard wings, you might need a section wipe before inserting the Governor.
